​This is just a placeholder to explain abbreviations I use, list study Bibles and references that I often use and mention, and so on.  As other things occur to me that would be of general interest, I will add them here.

MSB - My own abbreviation for the MacArthur Study Bible.  The one I am using is  Copyright 2006 by Thomas Nelson, Inc.  I have the NASB version.
